  *** Spoiler - click to reveal ***After convincing Tokoro that you're not a bad guy Misery and Balrog will show up and abduct her, Misery will then leave.

  
  After Misery leaves the room of the bottom right building in the Mimiga Village area Balrog will ask if you want to fight with the gun you have.
  Agree to fight and defeat him to unlock this achievement.
  
  Note: Can be missed/skipped by selecting that you do not want to fight.
