Play a game on a continents map and win, Settler difficulty is of course easier but any difficulty will do, You can even setup multiplayer dual map where the opponent quit if you really want it quick.
These can be quite fun, if your not dropped alone on a tiny island until you can sail over ocean tiles. That is bound to make it hard to keep a good tech level on a higher difficulty.
