  Go into the arena you for the Stygia (serpent hole location for Leviathan's Drift) and just ride around the edge of the arena and boosting when you have it. Shouldn't take too long to do since its a fairly large arena! 1 lap is a little under 1 mile this is probably the quickest/easiest way to do this achievement.

  Take a gamepad use rubber band (or any macro program)to lock analog stick, go to big area like Stygia boss location. During this time do smth useful like clean house or smth

  This method took me around 1 hour and 45 minutes, but i've already had some miles on the horse since i already got the Horseman (Kill 150 demons from horseback) achievement.
  
  Go to the soul bridge, walk over it and hold the S button on your keyboard, when you reach the end you will automatically turn back and go over it again, thus creating an infinite loop of going over the bridge with one button.
