I kind of wonder whether this is achievable on the first playthrough because I don't remember dreaming about Amy on mine.
But on my second playthrough, I had a dream about a blizzard and roommate Amy in the middle of it.
On waking up, go to computer.
Refuse connecting with the gotfs girl.
Work by choosing Work when in the computer desktop.
After one session of work, exit the computer and hear voices coming from Amy's room. Go to her door and choose to Listen.
Go to the restroom through the door on the right.
After that, voices will stop and you can choose to knock on the door.
Amy will appear and you can talk with her.
Ask Amy to take a break.
Be supportive of her in the conversations on the bed.
After Amy returns to her room, if her door is open, click to see that she's not in.
Go to the restroom and find Amy in there.
Give her a hug.
The resultant ending should be this one. Congrats!
