    Over the Top Achievement

    "Drive through the forest road to timber harvest in Bellingham."

    The entrance for this road is east of Bellingham on Route 20 and you have to deliver cargo to the "Deep grove Forest Products" company.

    It looks like it also unlock if you only drive the road without delivering cargo.
