As the name suggests, this is unlocked by getting the computer. Please note this does not require perma-death to be on, though I got it in perma-death mode.
1. Go to your mailbox and open it.
2. Inside there will be an advertisement. Activate it (F by default)
3. You'll see some writing in Finnish (that I admit I cannot read), the cost as 6,495 mks, and some blank lines on the bottom. You'll use this to order the computer through the mail similar to the parts catalog.
4. To place the order, click on those blank lines on the bottom. This will spawn an order envelope. Please note that you will not pay the 6,495 until it arrives in the mail and you pick it up, so if you don't have enough now you can still order it.
5. Take the envelope to Teimo's shop and drop it in the mailbox.
6. After a few in game days (I do not recall how many it was for me, but I think it was around 3 days) Teimo will call you letting you know your post order has arrived.
7. Head to Teimo's shop. The box is a bit big so I would not recommend taking the moped.
8. On Teimo's counter you'll see a shipping ticket. Clicking on it will pay the 60 mk shipping cost and the initial 6,495.
9. Your package will be in the same place as new part orders. (On the outside wall of the shop that faces the fuel pumps). Grab your package and take it home.
10. Once home, take the package into your bedroom and right-click it to open it.
11. You'll see 4 parts fall out. Place them on the desk, looking for the check mark like when assembling car parts. Note that the monitor goes on top of the main box.
12. Once all 4 parts are assembled, click the 'Power' button and the achievement should pop.
