  After

  The No Country for Bandits achievement in Pathfinder: Kingmaker - Enhanced Edition worth 13 pointsClear the Stolen lands from bandit gangs and defeat the self-proclaimed bandit king.

  
  Talk to Kalikke at the celebration. Once Troll Trouble starts, find her in a building in the capitol. She wants you and you alone to help her recover a relic. Accept, and go to Sorrowflow. There's a short quest here, and at the end, you will unlock this achievement.
