Use Magnus Puppeteer mutation on 10 enemies. Most ghouls can be subjected to this and make the game a lot easier, however robots and zone dogs are invalid targets. You can use this in an ambush to avoid that enemies alert the others. Simply make them run away from the group and kill them away from the group when they return to their senses. (You can't shoot towards a enemy that is mind controlled by you, grenades work but that is a waste in most cases.
