How to unlock the Island Hopping achievement

    - Start a Multiplayer -> Hot Seat game.
    - Set the settings to Size: Huge, Map: Island Plates
    - Set players to yourself and one Human opponent and start game
    - As player one, settle a city and click through all the items to end your turn
    - As player two, delete all your units.
    - Player two loses the game via domination. Achievement unlocked!
