Go single player, create a game and make sure you choose pangaea.
All you need to do is to beat the game and the achievement is yours. I suggest if you quickly want to beat the game to choose tiny map and have against you Kongo. Also select for victory condition the religious victory option. The reason is you can rush for faith and convert Kongo easily since Kongo produces no faith at all.
