  *** Spoiler - click to reveal ***After crossing the bridge and taking a nap you'll come across two paths. You'll want to go right, and then inspect the tree. The combination of the switches in the tree is, "Left, right, right." This will cause the ground to open up, and you'll fall in. There will be three different paths you can take. You will want to choose the middle one, and then after that you can either go left and right. Either way will get you killed, and get the achievement.
