  List of the different methods to charge the Ferris wheel:
  - Shotgun Electric Shell (In front of the lever)
  - Shotgun Electric Shell (From the ice you need to burn)
  - Splicer (Inside the toilets)
  - Splicer (Roughly outside the record store)
  - Splicer (In the room you access with code 1951)
  - Trap Bolt (On a dead splicer on the 2nd floor, you can directly jump there or take the elevator)
  - Trap Bolt (From the dead splicer in the balloon shooting range)
  - Trap Bolt (From u-invent)
  - Electric Gel (From u-invent)
  
  To be able to create both the Trap bolt and the Electric gel from the U-invent, you need to hack it using the auto-hack tool you can get by burning melting the ice beneath the pipe. (See the video if unclear on where this is)
