    A method posted by Xeinok 4 years ago still works today:

    In your Steam library, right-click Garry's Mod and go to Properties > Set Launch Options and put in the following commands:

    -noborder -windowed -novid -nosound -nojoy -noipx -nopreload -nod3d9ex -low -textmode -insecure +sv_lan 1 +map gm_flatgrass +achievement_debug 1
    This will run the game while using the least amount of resources possible, the "achievement_debug 1" command will tell you your progress toward the achievement in the console.

    To get this achievement game requires you to play on map for 365d or 8766h, here are ways to do this:

    1. Get your old pc, download game on it and just put it in your basement to run one map for a whole year
    2. Buy cloud server with windows and download steam on it, download garry's mod and leave it to play the game for a year

    I didnt try to do this achievement yet, but i will probably do it by second way because i dont have old pc ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
