The Cowards Way
- Enter The Room And Stick To The South-West Wall, Get Close Enough To Make The Nearest One Of Them Mad, And Drag Her Back To The Wall To Fight.
- Fighting Them One At A Time Makes This Fight A Piece Of Cake.
The Champion's Way
One Of Them Heals And Ranged Attacks, One Ranged Attacks, And One Melee Attacks And Poisons You.
- Enter The Room And Pull Them All Immediately. Ignore The Melee One And Go Right For The Ranged One That Heals.
- If Medusa Tries To Turn You To Stone Avoid The AOE Indicator! (It's A Pretty Slow Attack)
- Slay The Healer, The Melee One, And Then Kill The Left Over
And The Achievement Pops.
