After completing the Basic Braining level (essentially the first true level), the main area of the camp opens up to you. Leave the lodging area for the central area, then head down to the parking lot. In the parking lot there is a giant tree stump you can interact with to learn about the history of the camp. Keep interacting with it and once you reach the last entry (Raz will start over if you keep interacting) the achievement will unlock.
