You get the Ace trophy by reaching the Ace Score on all levels for a difficulty. The easiest way is to do the first four difficulties.
As with getting this score, remember your combos and gap-shots and make sure you’re getting those multipliers as much as you can. Some levels are harder than others so you can always come back to a level later for the trophy.
