During your first visit to Hell's Kitchen, enter the Underworld Tavern and find Jock standing to the left of the bar. Buy three beers from the bartender and exhaust all dialogue with Jock to get this achievement.
Tip: You can't pick up drinks around the bar and give them to Jock, they need to be "cold" and therefore bought from the bartender.
