This can be achieved during your first visit to Hell's Kitchen. Upon exiting the subway station, head right and up some stairs. Then at the top of these stairs, look right and jump over that wall. You'll find many NSF thugs harassing a homeless person on a basketball court. Deal with the thugs and then find a basketball nearby. Throw the basketball at the hoop and hit the rim to get this achievement. "Sign him up for the Nicks!"
