I've use this settings:
Sweden (Player) - Nigeria (CPU)
Normal speed
5 mins match
No wind
Easy level
Why Sweden?
Every goalkeeper knows the scorpion kick, but the goalies with 4 or 5 stars rating can get the ball easily by hand.
So, better to try with less than 3 stars. Best option is a 2 stars goalie.
Why Nigeria?
Because they cannot do precise shots, mostly do lobbed shots.

Take the ball and do a lobbed pass to your goalkeeper.
I've use pad of xbox one. So, press and hold "A" button for 1 or 2 sec when you are near the box - stay in the middle.
Hopefully doing this will ensure you get the achievement as I did!
