  I got this while setting up a new system. While waiting for the CPU (Ryzen 2600) I was going to use I borrowed a Ryzen 3 2200G which has integrated graphics. It uses system ram for the GPU, so I clocked the ram down to 2133 and got this achievement (I also got the Integration Nation at the same time).

  You have to make the bench crash/fail. It happened to me having increased the core clock of the GPU slightly too much. And achievement pop up.
