When you're in the apartment with the baby.
Exit and Joey will poke his head in.
Choose "Send in Joey" to have Joey go into the apartment without Rosa.
The baby will see Joey if he gets close, so have Joey lead the baby through the leftside door.
Joey will go through but the baby will bump against the door, earning you this achievement. (You bully. ;p)
