Most easily accomplished in Ludimir's final level, when you are fighting Voden; you gain an infinite amount of energy in this level once you get your upgraded sword, so just wait for your sword to charge up enough to use the ability twice in a row. It helps to level up enough to reduce the cost of the ability to only two energy pips instead of three, but it isn't strictly necessary.
