Every now and then in dialogs, you'll be given the opportunity to convince NPCs by persuasion, corruption or intimidation. You have to successfully do each one at least once. Your should encounter your first choice when you try to enter Whiterun for the first time: you will have to convince the guard to let you enter the city; if you say you have to tell the jarl about the dragons, then that's your first persuasion! You will have similar choices afterwards, throughout the game.

Success of an attempt to persuade, bribe or intimidate is supposedly based on your eloquence level. However, I managed each one on my first try at the beginning at the game, so grinding this skill up is not required for the trophy. If you really don't manage it, I suggest be more talkative and buy/sell at the shops to raise the eloquence level for a while, then attempt again. Should work out easily. If you have doubts about whether it has work or not, consult the general stats menu.

It is unlikely you will miss the trophy, but if you stick to the same option all the game long and finish all option giving dialogues (a hundred and so) before achieving it, you will have to reload an earlier save or start another game to get it. Would be a shame... So remember to obtain this trophy early on your journey so you don't have to worry about it.

One more thing: I recommend bribing for last. This way when you make your bribe, the trophy pops and you can reload your game to before you spent the money. A few hundreds of gold may not seem worth the trouble, but few is more than nothing.
