In order to win this achievement, you need to complete Condom Corps. To get to this game, you need to click on the condoms next to the man on the title screen.
The game explains itself but round 1 is 3 shots, round 2 is 6 shots.
At the end, it doesn't matter if you fall or not, just as long as you complete the two rounds.
