This achievement is awarded for reaching the platinum money flag target on holes where flags unlock at a given destruction target ('reveal flag'). I unlocked this on the dining room level 'Down the Hatch'.
I think that to get the achievement you need to unlock bronze, silver, gold and platinum flags within your first two shots, before your smashbreaker runs out.
