Select Rocky Mountain as the airport and then "Move 100". You must land or depart 100 planes without a crash to gain this achievement. Remember to use the "Go Around" and "Extend Approach" options on the planes to avoid any crashes.
I also recommend using Sky Cam for your view (Hit the camera button in the bottom left to change views).
