Use any ship, I personally used the 4th one with the rockets.
Activate all risks so Reddium spawns. (I'm not sure what the contition for reddium to spawn is, but having 9/9 risks active worked for me.)
Gather Blutonium and Reddium and sell them to the shop.
Selling Blutonium will reduce the fuel price, selling reddium will reduce the ammo price.
Once both are below $50, end the run. I let my fuel run out and the achievement popped when I quit the game.
