  Buy the Alien Rulers DLC,

  *** Spoiler - click to reveal ***craft the serpent suit, R.A.G.E. suit, and Icarus armor. Equip all three, take them on the same mission, use the serpent suit's frostbite ability; the R.A.G.E. suit's Rage strike ability; and the Icarus armor's Icarus Jump ability within the same mission. All abilities are a free action, but the Frostbite and Rage strike require an enemy target to be available.

  if an attack misses, like the Frostbite, you won't get that achievement and will have to try again next mission. The achievement will pop inmediately after the 3rd ability is used and hits.
