How to unlock the Looting in the Dark achievement

    There are a total of 16 bags needed for the achievement; 2 bomb parts each in a separate train car, two more train cars each containing six weapon bags (12 total), and 2 other weapons bags found somewhere in the basement area.

    Shouting at a guard to cuff themselves as soon as they are alerted can be used to remove them non-lethally, but keep in mind that they can't be moved this way.
