The first thing you need to be made aware of is that you will not obtain this achievement.

Okay, now that that is cleared up, here's how you're going to TRY. First, throw your controller away. You're going with the mouse. The reason for this is that if you click at the wrong time with the controller, your jump will fail. With the mouse, you can click as often as you like. Make sure to click within the speech bubbles. The safest way to make sure this happens is (if you're skipping in the clock tower on Disc 4, which I'd advise) to place the tip of the cursor on the rung 3rd from the bottom in the bell tower.

Okay, so you're set up. The first 200 jumps should be fairly easy. After 300, you'll find yourself checking the jump score more often. Try not to do this, as it'll wear you down mentally. The pain in your finger will begin to become more frustrating. You CAN move your forearm for comfort and to help with blood flow, but do NOT move your wrist. Raise and lower your elbow as required. After 500 the constant clicking should be easier, as muscle memory and numbness takes over. It's now a case of mental fortitude. As the numbness sets in, you need to be more aware of your clicking. Don't let the cursor slip too far, don't let your rhythm become upset. You'll probably find your hand getting quite sweaty around 700. Raise your elbow to help ease your hand back to a comfortable position on the mouse. Consider switching your fingers position from flat along the buttons to hooked, pointing more downward. When you get to 900, remember you only have 100 to go. Think about what achievement your going to try for next. Have you managed Excalibur II yet? How many bodies have you managed to make hit the floor? You know a Clean Bill of Health is actually quite easy. Oh look, you're at 1032 jumps.

Or you can try use an auto-clicker, but you'll feel your self-respect gushing out of yourself if you take that route, and most of the time they don't work anyway.
