The fastest way I could find to get all of these "Get a hole in X amount of strokes" achievements is to do them in multiplayer alone. You can setup the matches to be private so that no one else joins and retry one hole over and over until you accomplish the requirement for that hole to unlock its related achievement.
From the main menu go to:
>Online
>Private match
>Create
No just select the hole you are trying to achieve repeatedly for all 18 holes in that match. Once in the match if you fail the criteria, hit the menu button and concede the hole, it automatically give you double par for that hole but will take you to the next hole where you can try again. Repeat this until you unlock the achievement.
I can personally verify that the hole achievements will unlock using this method.
