All you have to do is play each of the three modes with each of the three guns. The first time you play each combo you'll set the new high score (for that mode and gun) and the achievement will unlock.
Note that the achievement will not unlock until you EXIT the game, so don't be concerned if it doesn't immediately pop upon completing the ninth of these high scores.
