  In the present you had to find the plans for the battery before continuing the story. They are on the far right next to the hamster generator on the "To Do" blackboard.
  Flush the plans to Hoagie and while getting

  The Secret Achievement achievement in Day of the Tentacle Remastered worth 12 pointsContinue playing to unlock this secret achievement

  also give the plans to the super battery to Red Edison.
  You will need oil, vinegar and gold.
  You can find the oil in the past in the kitchen in the shelf with the spaghetti.

  For the gold do

  and go into the Room of the Founding Fathers to steal the golden quill.
  With the oil, vinegar and golden quill go into the basement and give all items to Red Edison.
