You get this achievement after banishing 5 Snakelizards. To banish a Snakelizard you need an Ancient Hawk, which you can either find/win or buy from the store (for 900 gold). Simply click on a Snakelizard and then press the button to banish (or to buy an Ancient Hawk and banish if you don't have one).
