How to unlock the Sacrifices Must Be Made achievement

  You must defeat Sarevok in the main campaign with five allies dead.
  
  If you are playing on Story Mode, you can turn it off just before starting the final battle, and let your party get wasted. Make sure you keep plenty of buffing potions or scrolls for yourself, then finish off Sarevok while they're dead. Do not turn Story Mode back on, or it will revive your allies.
