How to unlock the Juggernaut achievement

  Increase a character's health to 150HP. The easiest way to do this is start a new game on Throne of Bhaal, and creating a half-orc fighter with high Constitution at around 19 - doing so will leave them with around 167HP when the game begins.

  Start a new game in Throne of Bhaal. Choose Dwarf as your race, and Barbarian as your class. When setting ability scores, get the Constitution score up to 19. Pick a name, and start the game. Your character should now have around 180 HP, and the achievement will unlock after a few seconds.
