This is probably one of my favorite achievements, as it made me giggle. You can do this once you've reached the Geothermal Valley at the Valley Farmstead base camp. There is a challenge for running around chasing chickens and tossing them into the pen. Now to throw a small wrench in that plan, you can throw them UP and shoot them. You do have to use a bow which makes it harder however. Before you can attempt this, note that you MUST HAVE FIRE ARROWS. No getting around that one. Here is a video if you are having issues:
