When an Arisen and main Pawn reach Gran Soren, the innkeeper offers assorted options besides simply staying overnight. One of those options is to change the vocation of either the Arisen or the main pawn, or both.
Other innkeepers offer to assist with storage. Some offer to adjust skills.
Only the inkeeper in Gran Soren will aid you to change your vocation.
Olra in Bitterblack Isle's harbor offers the same service, though technically she's not an innkeeper.
