You cannot get this with the storyline paladin. You need to buy a new paladin.
To get this, acquire Requisition Points by completing missions quickly and with many kills. Spend them between missions on the boxes to the right and down until you reach "Paladin I." It's the blue boxes.
Next, capture a control point in a mission. Choose to recruit a new Paladin. Achievement will unlock immediately.
