    Easiest way to complete it is by doing the Okutama Touge - Torii Rush event in Season 2 with a Nissan Nismo R34GT-R Z-TUNE (that should be available at this point). If you evade the red speed retarders you can easily pull this one even on normal difficulty with minimal effort.
