During any day, on the computer, log into the library database. Then just start making searches for titles. Doesn't matter what you try to search for. I don't know the exact number of searches needed, or whether or not each search needs to be unique, but around 15-20 queries should do the trick.
The achievement unlocks when you finish the game.
