  This is mostly luck and RNG based. I have had upwards to 20+ Dexterity and still have not gotten this achievement, stats do not seem to matter. I ended up getting it randomly when fighting a regular monster. Good luck.

  My dex was about 35 when I got this. Also, it doesn't have to be the same monster you dodge, I dodged I monster once before killing it, then moved onto next one and dodged against that twice -> cheevo popped.
