How to unlock the Killanthropist achievement

  This can be easily cheesed by buying a weapon, then dropping it straight down at your feet, which makes you automatically pick it up again. Apparently, "you" count as your own "teammate". So just do this once per weapon purchase for a total of 100 times, and the achievement will unlock!
