  I got this while playing "Insertion II" against Easy bots. Ran in, grabbed a hostage, ran out. It might take a few tries, but consider doing this while working towards the "Cowboy Diplomacy" achievement. "Insertion II" might be one of the easiest maps to unlock this achievement in.
