This is the boss on level 100. Beat him and you get the achievement!
Compared to everyone else, this guy is really tough. You'll need to upgrade your party's health (via the warrior) to at least level 80, so you can't be killed with one hit.
You then need to concentrate your clicks on the party to heal them and level up the mage high enough so you can completely restore your health between attacks.
