This is the easiest ending to obtain. Basically, finish out the Training Day and sleep every day until Day Four. At this point, head back to the Facility and you will meet the gangsters outside. They will beat you up and take you to the Lower Levels. Eve will kill them, and she will kidnap you. Once you wake up in the house, the achievement will unlock.
