To receive this ending, you MUST befriend Eve.
- At the very start during your Training Day, kill Buck with the Fire Extinguisher.
- Listen to Eve's dialogue when you first meet her on the Ground Floor Lobby of the Apartments. Also, meet her on Day One in the Relaxation Room.
- Go through the normal game routine after this point, up through when you obtain the Safe Key from Eve's room, and you get the two Key Cards to gain access to the Lower Levels.
- Make your way through the Lower Levels.
- Once you exit the Facility, keep making your way left past the gate.
- Once you are beyond the gate and into the woods, you will see the gangsters. Watch the ending unfold.
