  Go to Practice with Bots and load up Dust 2 with Easy difficulty bots. Join the Terrorist team and type the following commands into the dev console:
  
  bot_kick
  mp_limitteams 0
  mp_autoteambalance 0
  bot_knives_only
  bot_add_ct
  bot_add_ct
  bot_add_ct
  bot_add_ct
  bot_add_ct
  
  Run to B and plant the bomb. Hide somewhere and wait until you hear one of the CT start to defuse. As soon as you hear it go and shoot at him, but don't kill him. Try to get all of the CT team chasing you and lead them away from the bomb site. It needs to explode and the person who started defusing needs to still be alive. Achievement will pop as soon as the bomb goes off
